This session will involve a presentation of the Gold Star Program by the presenters, involving small and large group discussion. Through the presentation the presenters will provide an overview of the Gold Star Program and the rationale behind the program, discuss the various components of the program, show examples from the Gold Star Gallery, and engage the audience in brainstorming how the program could be replicated at their individual institutions.
