During the opening ceremony of the Theatre Festival at Fullerton College, 2,000 actors and technicians, 150 college volunteers and over 100 judges rallied to "Save the Arts". Cognizant of cuts to all levels of education, the crowd demonstrated for protection of arts programs for young people and college students.
