On June 11, 2009, RCCD Norco Campus celebrated its 2nd annual commencement ceremony. Dr. Gaither Loewenstein, VP of Educational Services, presented the Class of 2009 and Mr. Jose Medina, RCCD Board of Trustees Member, accepted on behalf of the Board of Trustees.
